Launcher III is a replacement for the standard Palm OS application launcher. Launcher III is a *must have* for any new Palm user. It has a great user interface and allows you to access many of your Palm's features (beaming, deleted, etc) with one tap. In addition, Launcher is very fast, and although it's not as pretty as Silverscreen IT'S FREE. ;o)

Launcher III organizes applications in tabs. You can easily create new tabs or transfer an application to another tab, delete or beam an application - all that by simply dragging its icon. With Launcher III, you can view, open, delete or beam Palm VII PQA applications, DOC files and HackMaster hacks, or any other launchable databases (if appropriate application is installed).

Launcher also gives the user the option of cycling the date and time and memory and power usage (amount remaining and percentage) on the bottom of the screen. Also four optional gadget buttons allow you to: turn off your palm, turn the backlight on and off, turn off and lock your palm, and beam launcher access the original Palm launcher or access the Palm preferences. Also, Launcher allows you to perform a warm reset simply by accessing the drop down menus (rather than inserting your reset pin into the back of your Palm

Launcher III allows the Palm user to access all of the most common functions of a Palm OS device instantly. A very well-thought out program.
