Chapter 7: Rangers are forever

Just as soon lazer fire came their way, Niko tapped her badge on her waist-belt gently, activating her implant.
A split-second later, a shieling dome of protection rose over the 4 rangers.
Zach, "Rangers, return fire" just as he tapped his badge, activating his bionics on his left arm, and a blast came off his fist as he took a shot.
Shane Gooseman, the one with the blonde hair, ran out of the shield, and ran, blasters firing like mad, towards Prosinecki. Seeing that his blasts deflecting off the super-alloyed metal, he ducked for cover.
"Ahaha, stupid human scum," just before he saw Goose in the clear.
"Okay, cut with the apetizers and fight," Goose wasn't suicidal, but he lunged forward anyway.
Prosinecki fired, Goose gave a quick tap on his badge, activating his bio-defences. Prosinecki's shot hit Goose, but, bio-defences switched on, he can only see it glancing Goose's now transformed body unharmed.
Prosinecki gasps. He knew that his proton-gun didn't even phase him, so he was quick to try one-to-one battle. He did this by moving forward and wacked a powerful punch to Goose's entire mid-section.
Goose transformed again into a gray steel-like substance and landed where Zach and the others are layin fire.
I cant hold on forever, guys. Niko gasped, gritting her teeth.
"Doc, can your tweakers work?" Zach asked, using his bionic arm to knock out some of the invaders.
Dunno, but it's worth a shot." Crouching down to present a less visible target, Ranger Hartford took out his CDU, touching his badge with his free hand.
"All Tweakers, front and center. Doc said.
A narrow beam of light shot from the handheld minicomputer and expanded into a three-dimensional, diamond-shaped holographic field filled with twinkling lights and mathematical formulae. One light, then another, grew brighter than the rest.
Whats up Doc? one of them asked in a shrill little voice.
I must be watching too many cartoons, Doc thought to himself.
Get in there and shut it down. Doc ordered
Like living balls of light (which in essence they were), Firefly, Lifeline, Pathfinder, Pixel, Searchlight, and Tripwire swooped downwards.
Prosinecki didnt do anything, but just gapped, and one by one they zipped into his dark metal body.
Then it hit Doc, they cant be switched off because they are ALIVE.
Tweakers, try something, anything, like screwing up his build-in zip drive or something.
With all 6 tweakers inside Prosinecki, they just did what they can do. They override programs, screw up circuitry.
Prosinecki was doing the limbo and was going to do the tango when a foot got loose and he fell apart.
The other rangers cheered on.
Skullnuts and Turkyilmaz saw what was happening and opened fire on the tweakers.
The tweakers, charged into their circuitry and parts going everywhere, some hit Panathinaikos, damaging him minorly.
The others, knowing what would be of them if they were caught, fled.
