Optimus Prime is the wise and courageous leader of the Autobots. He loves all creatures and will fight with every last spark of energy to defend the planet Earth and its inhabitants from Megatron and his evil plan of conquest and destruction. He dreams of a lasting peace on the planet and in the universe. He has battled the Predacons many times and saved countless lives. His ferocity is legendary - his anger against injustice blazes like a six-alarm fire within him.
- Color Scheme:
- Duh... red. No, really. Honest. I woulnd't kid you, would I? I swear to Primus he's red. Don't believe me? Look at the pics. Digitally modified? I would never! What? Are you talkin' to me?! You MUST be talkin' to me. I think you betta check yo-self sucka! A-ight, time to take you down!
- Robot Mode:
- It's midget Fire Convoy! Er... I mean Optimus Prime. hehe. He's the spitting chip off the old block of Optimus Prime's Ultra Robot Mode. He's much less articulated, of course, given his size. If you adjust it just right, you can get his ladder part up under his arm to look like a BFG. Normally, his ladder is set up behind him to help keep him from falling over backward due to the curve on the back of his feet. Overall, he's a great looking mini-me for RiD Optimus Prime.
- Vehicle Mode:
- A Euro-style red fire truck. Except for the smaller size and resulting drop in detailing, he's a perfect duplicate of the full sized version of RiD Optimus Prime. A great basic toy.
- Transformation:
- Simple, like most "Spy Changers" in the line: pull down the feet, pull out the arms, and flip back the thing that hides the head.
- Pros/Cons:
- Great toy. Perfect for those who want a RiD Prime, but can't afford the full sized version. He could be more articulated because he's much bigger than other Spy Changers, but it's still a great toy.
