Notes This is one of the micro cars that came with the Autobot mini-cars during one of the G1 promotions. I named it and wrote the tech-spec when I was about 13, for use in my TF RPG.

    Not the most loyal Decepticon, but he'll do it if you make him. He 
    is an annoying con artist and can get even the most intelligent
    Autobots to give him information. Can absorb any form of energy and 
    throw it from his fingertips. Also known to carry small missiles and
    grenades, as well as a concussion blaster, although it can become 
    unweildy for his small size.
