"A plague upon all their houses!"

Scourge is possibly the most despicable of the already loathsome
Predacons. Delights in taking depravity to all-time-low levels. Obsessed
with germ warfare and lethal chemical development. Despised by peers for
his inclination to test deadly viral and bacterial concoctions on fellow
Predacons. Skilled in combat, Scourge wields photon cluster cannons with
chemical warhead capabilities. Has electrostatic disrupters inside
antennae; capable of leaping distances exceeding two miles with use of
   wings.
Toy Review
Color Scheme:
Probably one of the most bizarre and varied color scheme among Transformers. You want an eye-popping, ugly TF, this is the one. ;-) He's got red-orange, blue-purple, metallic orange, black, translucent green, green, metallic green, and more. I hate to say it, though, but it's actually starting to grow on me. ;-)
Robot Mode:
Looks like a locust standing up, which belies the transformation. I'm not too fond of it. I'd have preferred the legs to simply fold up and become normal legs. They simply don't work well as robot legs as they are. Of course, he's got his locust wings on his back, and locust head on one shoulder, with four of his six legs on ONE arm. Eh.
Beast Mode:
Look like a pretty decent locust, actually, aside from the wild colors. his wings are a little lame, though, feeling pretty loose and floppy due to his gimmick.
Transformation:
Hmm... well, stand him up and take out his arms, and twist his waist, and that's pretty much it. As you can probably tell, he's not a favorite of mine.
Gimmicks:
He's got a couple, both dealing with his wings. The main gimmick is the wings themselves. When you push a rod on the back, between the wings, they flip up all the way forward, triggering the firing mechanism in one wing, shooting the red-orange missile inside. The other wing simply stores the other missile. Personally, this gimmick would be MUCH cooler of BOTH wings shot the missiles, at the same time, like Tigerhawk does. :)
Pros/Cons:
Well, his robot mode kinda sucks, and his wings seem fragile, his colors are crazy, and his transformation is lame... what else? ;-) Get it if you're a completist, or love locusts, otherwise, save your money for Beast Machines toys. ;-)
