I prefer System Z, the fifth version of hardware released by P&C micro, and I believe it to be the best system ever released in the evolution of Zone lasertag. The System Z V5 had the quickest hardware to be released, and made it possible for the player to set the pace, and not the hardware. It had a higher shot distance ratio than the current systems T & T2 Infusion, which is the latest zone hardware on the market. The server software released with System Z V5 was also the best in the evolution of Zone server software, because it had more custom game options than the newest server software released with System T2 Infusion. It came with a built in database to keep track of membership details and gaming statistics, but apart from basic membership details, all have been removed from the current server software for T & T2 Infusion, and replaced with extra features which haven’t made worthy replacements.
