This journal was made by Stefano and Kathleen Cremonesi of "Gabbiano" fine handcrafted leather goods. They make a wide variety of items, including tooled cases, embossed books and wallets, and other neat stuff. They are in Elmira, Oregon, and if their number is the same, you are welcome to contact them at (541) 935-8016. They do a lot of fairs and markets, so you might run into them if you go. I found them at the Salem Arts and Crafts Festival (at least I think that was the name of the occasion).
