"Ahhh, greatings, Maximals." Megatron began. He was nothing like the Megatron of the Beast Wars era. He was black, taller than his predacessor. Although, he, too, has a T-rex alternate form, it was a black and red striped one. "I apologize for the harm that my ancestors have done, yesss... Most of them, save the one known as Dinobot who perished during the Beast Wars, were a disgrace to sentient life. We Predacons, as a people, have greatly matured. We ask you Maximals to find it in your sparks to forgive us for our ancestors' sins, and allow us all, both Maximal and Predacon, to turn Cybertron into an Utopian planet of peace and coexistance."
Applause filled the room. In fact, the only one not applauding was Sandstrike.
Megatron returned to the Vengance, the ship which he and his crew took to the negotiations.
"Wolfcry, Status report!" Megatron barked from his chair on the bridge.
"All systems at 98.5 percent, sir. If we plan on attacking, it would be ill-advised to wait any longer." A small, purple, white, and red bot replied softly.
"Ahh, my protege, you do not see the big picture. We will destroy from within. And you will make the most crucial move. Ahhh, yes, my namesake would be proud."
The bot transformed to beast mode, and, now a white wolf, walked to her quarters.
"That fool cannot see slag," she wispered to herself, "That is why I must take over. We can't hope to win under him. Only a stable leader, like myself, can lead our people to victory."
"Dogbot start rebellion?" A bumblebee said into the door of Wolfcry's quarters. "'Cause Stinger is ready!"
Rebel NOW, Wolfcry! a voice in her head screamed. The femine, vicious voice continued, For victory must be ours.
No! Another, softer, but still similar voice cried, you must go to Cybertron first. There you will find the truth.
"Stinger want answers!"
