An energy blast shot through the hole in the door, followed by another one. Then Colour jumped in with her gun ready. Red Convoy and Sandstrike could hear her fire her gun several times. Something exploded. Red thought for a second that it was Colour.
Sandstrike was about to charge in when suddenly Baja's arm slide out of the door's hole and skidded infront of Convoy. The electrical wires fizzled and smoked where the arm had been severed. Sandstrike looked at it a second then said, "No pred has ever been that nice to me, and I'll be damned if some vehicon is gonna slag just like that."
Sandstrike gripped his blaster and charged in shooting. From outside of the door, Convoy could hear a scream from another bot. Probably a vehicon since he voice didn't sound familiar. He counted a few numerals then leapt through the door and into the battle.

He fired off a couple shots then dove behind a wall of equipment boxes next to Sandstrike and Colour. They all had their back against the crates putting new charges in their weapons. Laying down on the ground was Baja, missing and arm and totally slagged else where. Red Convoy saw this and pulled out his hand blaster, adding to his arsenal. "Where's Primor, CDP?" He asked.
"He went berserk when Baja was shot down." Colour said, turning around to shoot a couple shots over the crates. Her shots struck a vehicon and took it down.
"About how may vehicons do you think are in here?" Sandstrike asked Colour, closing his eyes as a blast struck the crate just above his head.
"Depends on how big this shuttle bay is. I've actually never been in here. I was only told to use this in case of an emergency." She said, shooting off more energy rounds.
"I think this calls for an emergency, don't you think, Commander?" Red Convoy said, shooting over the crates.
"What do you mean? What are you going to do?" Colour asked. She tossed her gun down and shoot off some missiles from her wrists. Red Convoy did answer as he jumped up from his hiding place and fired off his chest cannon's. The vehicons took cover behind a pile of crates. Red wasted the crates and the 'cons behind them.
Sandstrike got the idea and got up and fired too. Colour was the last one to follow boys' lead and got on the attack. Red Convoy saw some of the vehicons transform into their jet modes and take off down a hallway. He transformed into the fire truck and took off after them.
"Where's he going?" Colour demanded, picking up her gun and walking around the crates.
"What he did was just buy us some time, CDP." Sandstrike said, "You stay here and fix Baja, and I'll look for Primor." Sandstrike ran off in the opposite tunnel as Red Convoy, looking for any sign of Baja's berserk counterpart.

Behind the crates, Colour brought Baja back online and reattached his arm. His eyes light up for a second, then flickered. Once they stayed on, he looked at her and asked, "Why don't you leave us and get to the shuttle?"
"I can't leave without you and Primor, you're like family to me." Colour said as she used one of her fingers to plasma weld his arm back on. She helped Baja up who limped when trying to stand on his own. "We need to find the others and get out of here. There's bound to be a lot of vehicons."

Sandstrike eased himself around a corner and took at peek at what was down the next hall. He saw a bunch of vehicons dragging their damaged troops together. He got and idea and used a trick Rattrap had showed him. He flipped open his wrist and popped out a flash charge. He clicked it on and tossed it down the hall to the vehicons.
At exactly the right spot, the charge went off and filled the passage with smoke. He transformed into beast mode and slithered down to the vehicons. In the smoke, Sandstrike used his enhanced snake eyes to see clearly through it. The vehicons were blinded and grabbing their optic sensors in pain. Once in between the 'cons, Sandstrike used his snake body to wrap around bots and pull them together.
They crashed together, then he used his cybervenom to inject into them. They're bodies toppled to the ground as the smoke cleared. With those bad guys out of the way, he headed down the hall searching for Primor.
At the end of the hall, he found the shuttle bay. He transformed to robot mode and walked up to the sleek shuttle. It looked neither Predacon or Maximal. Sandstrike ran his hand along it, feeling the hull.
Then he felt a blaster gun poke the back of his head. He paused and raised his hands together and turned around. Holding a gun on him was about a dozen vehicons, all with itchy trigger fingers.
